Shipping time: 24–48 hours.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods or products made to the consumer's specifications or personalised.
Exchanges and returns
Customers have 14 days to request exchanges by contacting customer service. Returns are not accepted with postage due. If the price is lower, a gift voucher is offered instead of a refund.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel if the order has not yet left the warehouse, by contacting info@pastisseriacaljan.com. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method. For cancellations after dispatch, the price minus shipping costs will be refunded once the return is received.
