Our version of the traditional panettone. 72-hour fermentation with sourdough, quality butter, orange and bitter orange candied by us, sultana raisins and a touch of Bourbon vanilla and honey.

The craft

The recipe,
always the same.

Our traditional panettone follows the classic Milanese recipe. We candy the orange and bitter orange ourselves over several days, letting the fruit slowly absorb the syrups. The dough matures for 72 hours and soaked sultana raisins are added.

Ingredients

Everything we put in.

Strong flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, sourdough, honey, candied orange, candied bitter orange, sultana raisins, Bourbon vanilla and salt.

Contains gluten, egg, milk and derivatives. May contain traces of nuts.
Storage

To enjoy it even more.

  • Store at room temperature, in a dry place.
  • Once opened, consume within 5-7 days.
  • Can be lightly warmed in the oven (30 seconds at 80°C) to bring back the aroma.
  • Pairs well with a brut nature cava, a sweet wine or a black tea infusion.
