Our version of the traditional panettone. 72-hour fermentation with sourdough, quality butter, orange and bitter orange candied by us, sultana raisins and a touch of Bourbon vanilla and honey.
Our traditional panettone follows the classic Milanese recipe. We candy the orange and bitter orange ourselves over several days, letting the fruit slowly absorb the syrups. The dough matures for 72 hours and soaked sultana raisins are added.
Strong flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, sourdough, honey, candied orange, candied bitter orange, sultana raisins, Bourbon vanilla and salt.
